When I had my second grandchild I needed a rocking horse for her to ride when she came to Mamaw and Papaw’s house. I wanted something sturdy and different so I went on a hunt for a wooden rocking horse. I found just what I wanted at Goodwill! It had been painted a horrible purple color and had seen better days. I decided to take it to a whole new level by mod-podging it with pieces of grocery bags. Since then all of my grandkids have enjoyed riding Mamaw’s paper bag pony.
